The Messenger DNA is the first major addition to the iconic Tenba Messenger collection in over seven years. A new tapered front flap combined with a sewn hinge ensures easy closure and excellent coverage at the corners. For additional wet weather protection, the bag includes a removable and reversible WeatherWrap cover that’s silver on one side to reflect the heat, and black on the other side for a bit more stealth and subtlety at night.
To prevent the bag from sliding forward while riding a bicycle or scooter, an adjustable security strap connects to D-rings on the back of bag which anchor it in position behind you.
Fidlock® patented magnetic clips allow blind, drop-on attachment and a fast unique slide release. This is the quickest clip in the world.

Hi, does the Tenba DNA 15 Slim hold as much as the Tenba DNA 15?
I have the Peak Design Everyday Sling 10L right now and I’m thinking of swapping to the Tenba DNA Slim.
Though I'm not a photographer, I've used and "abused" a large Tenba messenger bag daily for work, sports, and travel for 10+ years, and though it is showing slight signs of wear, it is all still working perfectly because it is so very strongly built! The new DNA 15 style is so beautiful, and Tenba appears to have further improved many of my favorite features, I'll be ordering one today, and I think I may build a small shrine for my old one, because it was one of the first things I've ever owned that exceeded performance expectations in so many ways.
I have the DNA 8. It's a great bag. I'm think I may even pick up the 11 or 13. 🙂

So I ended up buying ones of these bags two days after watching this video. Kerrisdale Camera carries the line up here in Vancouver (Canada).
It's a really superb bag and I have no regrets buying it. In it I carry a Sony A7RII & Zeiss 24-70mm/f2.8 and a Sony RX10M2 and RX100M4. A Samsung 8" tablet is in the laptop area. Despite the weight there are no issues with the handle (because it's double-stitched).
This is a really fine bag. I wished that it came in solid black… and the magnetic clips do tend to unclasp… but other than that I have used the bag almost every day since I bought it, Tenba. 🙂
I have the 15 it's awesome. Wish you'd make a camera / messenger I can carry my lunch and cold pack in.

No black option for the bag? That is disappointing as all my other bags/backpacks are black. It's a stunning looking product though.
