I live in the tropics, and just got an M1 Macbook Pro in 2022 about a month ago…while it's true that the laptop mostly stays cool, it definitely warms up while charging, and definitely past the 35 deg celsius limit set by Apple
As a european I dropped my jaw when she said "I never got it above the low 80s", then I realised it was Fahrenheit

I had a Macbook pro and it only heated up when i was playing games such as Roblox and other stuff thats also why i didnt do it as much since the heating for me got really annoying and i always had to reduce the amount of tabs i had, which for me wasnt that much of a issue, but it kept of happening when i was on calls with my friends it kept doing that, when i wanted to play games with them i couldn't because of the heating. Thanks to this video i now understand why its heating up so much and can now convince my parents to get me a new computer woohoo! (lol)
I'm literally shopping for a new laptop because I'm done with my 2-year old PC'S laptop noise.

I will NOT sell my laptop and I will keep using the MacBook for more than 7 years
Should I buy MacBook Air M1 16 ram with 256 SSD OR MacBook Pro M1 16 ram with 256 SSD
Note: I think the wedge shape of MacBook Air is better in terms of typing but I don’t trust the no fan after long years of my usage as it might damage the MacBook
And I think the fan in MacBook Pro is better for future proof BUT I don’t trust the touch bar as I read that a lot of people had freezing problems or cracking the touch bar which damages it

I bought the m1 macbook air for my video editing (never thought I would say that) and it's so good
when my pc fires up the fan is loud so loud when it finally booted in to windows 10 the fan became silent
Its freaking me out, cause I haven't heard fans on mine and it makes me think something is wrong with it, while it s completely cold … 😀
